How do you leave comments?

Ok can someone please help me learn how to leave a comment or reply to a comment? When I leave a comment or when I'm replying to a comment it just says from "anonymous," And I want it to show the little profile pic and say my name how do I do that?.. need some blogging 101 thanks lol
